The Healing Leadership Lab

A 10-Month Journey for Reclaiming Wholeness, Healing Work Culture, and Humanizing How We Lead.

September 2026 – June 2027

An intimate, cohort-based sanctuary for senior leaders, institutional changemakers, creatives, and visionary practitioners.

Explore the Potential

Modern leadership is operating in a state of chronic overdrive. We are trained to solve complex institutional and societal problems in siloed corners, using cognitive, high-exertion strategies, often at the expense of our well-being, our inner creativity, and alignment with our personal values. When organizational cultures fracture or begin to crumble, leaders are expected to hold the pieces together without a space to process their own exhaustion or consider the short- and long-term implications for their own well-being.

The Healing Leadership Lab is a 10-month incubator designed to break this cycle. The Lab brings together an intimate (no more than 12) group of leaders (broadly conceived) to integrate structured professional development with somatic practice, nervous system regulation, and creative processing. Moving beyond superficial time-management hacks, the Lab treats the leader’s wholeness as the foundational infrastructure for positive organizational impact. In an era of AI, this is an opportunity for deep, meaningful human connection. The Leadership Lab is based in Ithaca, NY and open to leaders in the surrounding region (other professionals willing and able to travel to Ithaca 4 times a year may be able to participate as well).

Sunlit Forest Path

The Strategic Investment

For leaders seeking organizational sponsorship, this program is designed to qualify for professional development funds and HR wellness allocations.

Somatic Intelligence

High-stakes environments demand emotional regulation. Participants in the Healing Leadership Lab learn concrete, body-based strategies to navigate institutional friction, nurture cultures of healing and growth, engage with clarity in moments of crisis, and maintain clear executive presence under pressure.

Structured Professional Development

Through an inquiry-based, non-directive Praxis Lab protocol, leaders gain access to an external advisory board of peers. You will solve real-time organizational challenges in a confidential and supportive space. You will also have opportunities to tailor in-person workshops to respond to your unique needs.

Mitigation of Executive Burnout

Turnover at the leadership level costs organizations significantly in momentum, culture, and recruitment. The Lab provides the precise restorative architecture needed to sustain high-performing leaders over long horizons.

High-Level Strategic Networking

Connect with a diverse, multi-sector cohort of seasoned leaders, creatives and organizational builders. This cross-pollination fosters innovative systems thinking that traditional, siloed professional networks cannot match.

The Lab operates on a seasonal rhythm designed to integrate seamlessly into a demanding professional calendar.

A Note on Attendance & Container Expectations

Because the Healing Leadership Lab relies heavily on real-time processing, mutual witnessing, and collective trust, live attendance is expected for all Praxis sessions and in-person gatherings. Please cross-reference these dates with your personal and institutional calendars prior to submitting your application to ensure you can protect these blocks. Restoration Circles are optional - you are invited to join when you feel called to do some deeper work. In order to maintain the confidentiality of our container, none of the virtual sessions will be recorded.

Your Investment

Total Program Tuition: $5,000

Tuition includes all monthly virtual Praxis Labs and Restoration Circles, four catered in-person Saturday seasonal gatherings and workshops in the Ithaca area, curated texts, a somatic toolkit, welcome bag, and access to the peer community network.

Payment is expected in full upon acceptance. In limited cases, payment plans may be available upon request.

This payment structure assumes you have stable access to organizational and/or personal resources. If payment is provided directly from your institution, an institutional invoice and W-9 will be provided.

My Social Justice Commitment: The Access & Equity Fund

Whole Human Leadership is committed to disrupting the systemic inequities that shape who gets access to high-level professional development and healing spaces. Traditional institutional budgets rarely extend to grassroots changemakers, independent artists, and community healers who are doing the vital on-the-ground work of humanizing our local ecosystems. To honor this, I offer a limited number of Access & Equity Scholarships for practitioners who meet both of the following criteria:

No Access to Institutional Funding: You do not have an employer, grant, or corporate budget available to sponsor your professional development.

Financial Threshold / Resource Alignment: You lack the liquid capital to comfortably afford the full tuition. As a general benchmark, this applies to individuals with a household income under $100k, and people who are carrying high debt-to-income ratios, or working in historically underfunded creative and grassroots sectors.

If you meet these criteria, please indicate your need on the application form. I operate on a trust-based system and do not require income verification; I simply ask that you self-select this tier mindfully so I can preserve these limited seats for those who need them most.
