The Invitation
We live in a culture that asks us to disconnect from our bodies, ignore our intuition, and prioritize constant exertion over quiet clarity. Whether you are navigating a massive career pivot, steering an organization through systemic friction, or holding the emotional landscape of a family, it is incredibly easy to lose sight of your own center.
You do not need to be fixed; you need to remember what it feels like to be whole, to be centered, to be grounded.
My consulting sessions are a dedicated sanctuary to step out of daily noise and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Together, we move beyond conventional, top-down advice to explore the somatic, creative, and natural practices that allow you to unarmor, heal, and show up as the truest version of yourself.
Who is this for?
Leaders & Changemakers

Visionaries & Seekers
For creatives, healers, and seekers who are ready to listen to their inner wisdom and align their external actions with their internal values. A pathway for deep exploration and intentional becoming.
Women in Transition
For women navigating major life or career changes who are ready to let go of what no longer serves them and cultivate a more aligned, embodied leadership that honors their evolving truth.

True integration doesn't happen overnight. This pathway is an opportunity for you to make a sustained commitment to yourself and the process while also having an opportunity to 'bundle and save'. This package includes two 50-minute sessions per month for 6 months. The 'Standard' rate for a Committed Container is $2000, while the 'Redistribution' rate is $2600.
To ensure I can distribute the community access resources to as many individuals as possible, my 6-month committed containers are open exclusively at the standard and redistribution rates. If you require financial flexibility, I warmly invite you to explore my hourly sliding-scale sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is leadership coaching?
Leadership coaching is a dedicated, ongoing partnership focused on helping you grow into more grounded, effective, and self-aware leadership — of a team, an organization, a family, or your own life. Rather than handing you advice or a template, coaching helps you access your own clarity, wisdom, and capacity, so the change you make actually fits who you are. It's collaborative, present- and future-focused, and shaped around your real life rather than a generic playbook.
What is somatic coaching, and how is it different from 'regular' coaching?
Somatic coaching integrates the body into the coaching process, not just the mind. Traditional coaching often stays in the realm of insight, strategy, and conversation. Somatic coaching adds practices like breathwork, grounding, and nervous-system awareness, because many of our most persistent patterns — overworking, shutting down under conflict, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting our own decisions — live in the body as much as in our thinking. Working somatically helps change become something you actually embody, especially under pressure, rather than something you only understand intellectually.
What do you mean when you say 'leaders'? Do I have to be an executive or formal leader for this to be for me?
Not at all. I define leadership broadly and intentionally. Yes, I work with senior and executive-level leaders, and I bring decades of experience in higher education, government, nonprofit, and PK-12 leadership to that work. But I also work with emerging leaders, people who are leading in ways they haven't fully claimed or named yet, people who feel genuinely conflicted about the word 'leader,' burnt-out leaders who've lost touch with why the work used to matter to them, people leading themselves through hard personal transitions, and parents and caregivers navigating the daily leadership of family life.
How do I know if leadership coaching is right for me?
A good sign is if something in this work resonates — a sense of 'that's me' when you read about burnout, disconnection, or wanting to lead (or live) with more alignment. You don't need to have your goals fully articulated before you start. Coaching often helps you find that clarity, rather than requiring you to arrive with it already in hand. The best next step is usually a low-stakes conversation to see if it's a fit.
What does an actual coaching relationship with you look like?
We start with a free 15-minute Alignment Call to see if we're a good fit and talk through what you're navigating. If we move forward, you'll get an onboarding packet with a coaching agreement and an intake form to help anchor our work together, and then we begin regular sessions. Sessions draw on somatic awareness, creativity, play, and mindfulness — tailored to you, not a fixed script.
How might identity or lived experience shape how we work together?
Our identities shape how we move through the world. I've done deep work to understand my own background and how my various identities intersect with different contexts. I believe everyone's lived experience is unique, and I bring a justice-oriented lens, meeting you as a specific, whole person. I will invite you to share anything you might want me to know about your various identities on the intake form (so that I can best support you), but always know that you are not required to disclose anything. You are simply invited to share what feels relevant an important to you so that we can co-create a relationship where you feel like you belong.
What's the difference between coaching, therapy, consulting and mentorship?
Therapy focuses on healing and past processing (which sometimes involves diagnosing), while mentorship involves senior advice, often with a pay-it-forward ethos. Consulting is a paid service that may involve conducting research, creating content, providing advice, step-by-step instructions, and action plans. Coaching is a present- and future-focused goal-oriented partnership based on intentional question asking to help you access your own insight. It is not a substitute for therapy, and if therapeutic support seems better for your needs, I'll say so honestly. Alternatively, if you are looking for consulting services, I do provide that as well, but please know that it is distinct from coaching. You can learn more on my services page.
I'm dealing with real burnout. Is coaching still appropriate?
Coaching can be a meaningful part of addressing burnout rooted in disconnection. However, if you're in acute crisis, your wellbeing comes first, and we can discuss whether therapy or other support is better suited for you now.
How much does coaching cost?
I work from a sliding-scale model to ensure access. Full details on the tiers and the six-month Committed Container option are detailed above on this page.
