Heal. Play. Lead.

Leadership reimagined through somatic wisdom, creative expression, and natural connection.

The Whole Human Leadership approach is designed to help you move out of survival mode and (re)connect with the best version of yourself.

This work is rooted in holistic leadership development that honors mind, body, nature, and community.

Somatic Healing

Leadership is a full-bodied experience. My philosophy integrates somatic healing to reconnect you with physical wisdom, storytelling and creativity to build community and reconnect with your inner self, and nature to ground your resilience and professional and personal growth. If you are a leader, educator, facilitator, creative, or healer, this work is designed for you. It is built to help you stay grounded, curious, and connected while you lead, create, and support others to thrive.

*Somatic healing is a holistic process that helps you to (re)connect with the wisdom of your body.
